Elite Systems

Elite Systems is a suite of roofing & cladding systems each of which provides a complete solution to 12 (Elite) or 25 (Elite PLUS) year specification, without compromise and complete with a guaranteed life of at least twelve or twenty-five years.

Elite Systems are the new range of integrated constructions from Euroclad offering a superior, specifiable alternative to the limited performance of foam-cored composite panels.

All Elite Systems feature fully tested and accredited performance, benefiting contractors with quick and easy installation and offering designers infinite flexibility and peace of mind.

ie if you want a Standingseam Rood [Elite System 4] in a 0.16 U Value System,
your Elite System number will be 4.16

Performance

With the increasing pressure to meet new performance criteria for all building envelopes from air tightness to fire and acoustic performance, Euroclad Elite Systems deliver on all counts. Elite Systems provide the flexibility of construction to deliver the air tightness required where the rigidity of foam-cored composite panels may struggle.

The specification process is fraught with pitfalls. It is very difficult to ensure the satisfactory application of products, let alone provide innovative, flexible solutions. And with so many stakeholders involved in the construction process it is difficult to keep everyone happy. Ensuring the client is satisfied with their chosen construction products is tricky but not impossible. With the launch of Elite Systems Euroclad now offers the products, components and know-how to ease the specification, design and construction of metal buildings for everyone involved.

Non Fragility

The ability to use the fixed liner as a working platform during installation of the outer sheet can also speed the construction process and allow work under the lined out roof to progress. Sheets or rooflights which have not been fixed to achieve a non-fragile classification must be treated as fragile.

Euroclad profiles can be fixed to be "Non fragile" during the construction phase.

Non Combustibility

Rockfibre Insulation Non-combustible systems and materials are essential elements in any construction. The mineral wool insulation core used in Elite Systems is non-combustible*,being constructed from inert, fire resistant materials like mineral fibre insulation. The insulation is non-combustible, and crucially, it doesn't release any lethal smoke when exposed to flames and high temperatures, unlike the chemically manufactured insulation used in foam cored composite panels. In the event of a fire, Elite Systems can maintain their integrity, reducing risk to the lives of building users and fire fighters

Acoustic Performance

Elite Systems can be modified to meet requirements by the inclusion of various components. Common applications for acoustic constructions are education establishments, swimming pools, sports halls, cinemas, hotel or private accommodation. Part E of the Building Regulations and Building Bulletin 93 referenced therein have raised the stakes regarding acoustic performance of schools and other educational facilities. There has also been a general increase in the awareness of acoustic performances of buildings and “noise pollution”. There are three main performance criteria that need to be considered for acoustic systems:

Sound Reduction, Sound Absorption, Sound Intensity

Recyclablity - Environmental Product Declarations

Recyclable construction is a major consideration for all building owners and developers .
That is why Euroclad has developed Euroclad Elite Systems.

These consist of mineral wool insulation plus steel and aluminium skin cladding.

All cladding and insulation used is recyclable with no added greenhouse gases, unlike the potential ecological impact of foam-cored composite panels.
