Euroclad Design and Installation Reccomendations.
In the following pages we have attempted to outline some of the basic parameters for fixing Euroclad trapezoidal profiles successfully. For the most part, the advice given will be sufficient, however, there will always be a number of unusual requirements or problems which arise and in those instances it would be wise to contact Euroclad for particular advice.

A full range of coatings and colours are available for
the roof profiles, a number of which are identified as
particularly suitable for roof applications. These tend to
be the lighter colours, which are less subject to fade and
reduce the movement of the sheet caused by temperature
changes.
Euroclad has recently been accredited with
CE Marking to BS EN 14782 for its roofing
profiles manufactured from Corus Colorcoat® pre-finished
steel, conforming to the most respected European

Euroclad recommends the use of standard 0.4mm gauges
for wall systems and 0.7mm gauges for roof systems.
Should there be a requirement for other gauges,
please contact the Euroclad Sales Office for availability.
Euroclad manufacture all liner sheets from Corus Colorcoat® lining enamel. The standard colour available is referred to as ‘bright white’.

To help customers better understand the
thermal performance of metal clad buildings
Euroclad have prepared Construction Details,
showing thermal efficiencies of joint details
and plane elements using three-dimensional
models.
These details help illustrate the overall
thermal performance of a roof or wall as
well as the specific heat loss through details
per linear metre.
